Our team prepares each order to match its destination and the quantity you need.
- Minimum order
- 20 kg per shipment. The larger the volume, the lower the CIF price per kilo.
- Lead time
- About 3 weeks from order to delivery.
- Payment
- 70% with the order, balance on delivery.
- Prices
- CIF, to your port or airport.
- Documents
- Phytosanitary certificate and certificate of origin with every shipment.
- Packing
- Vacuum packing where the destination requires it.
- Samples
- Sent for orders of 100 kg or more. For smaller needs, we offer a 1 kg trial order from our stock in France.
2026–2027 campaign
The 2026–2027 export campaign opens at the end of October 2026 at the earliest. Vanilla prices move fast and are only set shortly before the opening. Until then, we can share last season’s prices and the current market trend.

European Union
Orders are handled by Vanilae, our sister company in France, which clears customs and issues EU invoices. Small quantities ship from our stock in France, from 250 g; large volumes ship directly from Madagascar.
South Korea
Our Sambava facility is registered with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), and we have shipped to Korea for about ten years.
